Our History***
Our unique company was founded by John Krysak in 1995. At that time, he had
over 20 years experience as a top tier long distance driver for Allied Van Lines
and United Van Lines. As a top fleet driver, his philosophy was simple; give every
customer exceptional service, be the very best at your job, and don’t complain.
He took that philosophy and work ethic and turned a small company into a thriving
and growing enterprise that has changed the way many people perceive the
household goods moving industry. When asked why he named his new venture “NetMOVE”,
his response was simple, “Customers just want to know what the net result of their move
will be when the job is completed.
Beginning ***
When the business first began, there was only a single truck and a handful of men.
John leased an old 10,000 square foot warehouse off Jimmy Carter Blvd., with a small
parking lot out in front. As his operation grew, he added a few more local moving vans
and a couple more trailers to haul the long distance bookings. It became apparent
after only a few years, and his storage facility filled to capacity, he would have to
move to a new location and soon. Spending over 1 year researching the Atlanta
market for a clean, newer, and larger facility, NetMOVE eventually moved to a brand
new 25,000 square foot facility in Duluth, Ga. The location was critical for 2 reasons;
the workers can arrive early in the morning, and thus get to their appointed jobs
early in the morning. Having experienced many years of Atlanta traffic, John knew
how important a centralized location like Duluth is to dispatch vehicles so they can
arrive early on every job.
Success***
NetMOVE continued to base their moving philosophy of encouraging and promoting
excellence to every member of the organization. Each employee is required to
maintain a positive attitude, recognize the shared objectives of all NetMOVE
co-workers, but most importantly, be accountable for their own performance. All
NetMOVE employees must adhere to a proper dress code, show up to work daily on
time, and complete on the job training before moving any furniture. NetMOVE is
proud to consistently attract a certain type of employee who has high standards for
himself and the work that he produces.
Upon being hired, each new NetMOVE employee is paid to observe fellow workers on
the job before they are allowed to perform any moving services. In addition, all
employees are taught to be aware of each customer's needs, and to make sure they
are extremely careful at all times-No Exceptions. NetMOVE is proud to always attract
the kind of employees who have high standards for themselves and the pride of
being the best the moving industry offers.
Expansion***
Along with the tremendous expansion of the NetMOVE workforce, came an equal
expansion of the office staff to support a growing enterprise. NetMOVE is proud to
have a group of people from the Van Lines industry that have set their own
benchmarks in the business. The NetMOVE staff has combined relocation experience
topping 130 years in the moving industry. All staff are knowledgeable and experts at
understanding the intricacies of relocations and know how to accommodate each
customer’s particular needs. A move coordinator is assigned to each and every move
we make. No small details are ever left behind and all paperwork is thoroughly
checked before any move is started.
With the expansion came a need from our customer base to be able to handle any
long distance relocation. Knowing the only way to expand in the long distance
business was to become a full fledged Van Line, NetMOVE became an Agent for
Wheaton Van Lines in March of 2007. NetMOVE chose Wheaton Van Lines because
of it’s past customer service awards and it’s unfailing attention to detail when relocating
a client across country. Now NetMOVE can service any move, anytime, anywhere in
the United States, with the ease of a phone call. Guaranteed Pick-Up and Delivery
dates are no problem, with Wheaton’s seamless integrated computer system. Now
NetMOVE has the ability to service Nationwide with a family of Agents. |
