Multi Data Solutions is an “Information Management Company” Jeff Livingston (CEO) and John Krysak (Owner of NetMove, Inc.) merged in March 05’ to create “Value added services” for our commercial clients. Jeff Livingston has over 18 years experience in managing information for insurance companies, hospitals, medical clinics, financial institutions, etc. Multi Data Solutions can manage data from its conception to its expiration so our clients can focus on producing their service or product.
We manage (off-site) records for hospitals, financial institutions, etc. We do more than just store records; we become an extension of our client’s file cabinet. Our goal is to tailor a record management program designed for you company’s specific needs. Our software provides an interactive function for our client’s direct involvement. Our clients have the ability to request pick ups / delivery of records, view inventory, index files or boxes, generate reports for audit purposes, and view scanned documents for access. Our software is “HIPPA” compliant and documents cannot be manipulated via internet. You can view or print only.
Multi Data Solutions, Inc. offers Climate Control storage for sensitive items, such as, X-rays, Back up tapes, CD’s, etc. Every business should consider storing (off-site) back up tapes and or media for disaster recovery. HIPPA requires all X-rays, Mammos, and films must be stored in a climate control facility. We can help you meet all HIPPA requirements and provide courier service for pick up and retrieval. You may have sensitive equipment or other needs for climate control.
Multi Data Imaging Solutions provides document capture for small and large companies. We can scan a few (active) documents for immediate access or a back file conversion for disaster recovery. Your company may want to eliminate excess files and want to image documents to a CD or DVD. Whatever you company’s needs are, we can provide a high quality (duplex) image so you can maintain the integrity of a specific document. We have the ability to capture images in our Atlanta facility and export images to your server anywhere in the world. Our software can integrate with your company’s file management software so you can access documents and manage information.
